A Sales Development Representative is someone who is responsible for generating leads and opportunities, with only one goal in mind: bring interested prospects to Sixcore and schedule the first call with the founders.
Tasks:
Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
Contacting potential clients who are looking for a team to build/design their product idea or to continue/maintain an already existing project.
The place where you would find these clients can be Upwork, Reddit, or another channel. We expect creativity
Building a stable sales pipeline that will enable company growth
Representing our agency when contacting new clients
Regular collaboration with the founders
Bonus: Identifying the needs and challenges present in each new project
Requirements:
No Degree Required, strong interest and desire to learn is enough.
Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve results.
Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Willingness to learn about our products and industry.
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
