A Sales Development Representative is someone who is responsible for generating leads and opportunities, with only one goal in mind: bring interested prospects to Sixcore and schedule the first call with the founders.
Tasks:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
- Contacting potential clients who are looking for a team to build/design their product idea or to continue/maintain an already existing project.
- The place where you would find these clients can be Upwork, Reddit, or another channel. We expect creativity
- Building a stable sales pipeline that will enable company growth
- Representing our agency when contacting new clients
- Regular collaboration with the founders
- Bonus: Identifying the needs and challenges present in each new project
Requirements:
- No Degree Required, strong interest and desire to learn is enough.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve results.
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to learn about our products and industry.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
